Home Run For Life III

Plans are officially underway for Chapter III of Home Run For Life to take place June 30 through to July 5, 2009. Committee members have once again set forth a plan to make it into the Guinness Book of World Records. In our past two attempts we've contributed just over $180,000 to the Stollery Childrens Hospital Foundation and the Cross Cancer Institute. It would be amazing if during this attempt we could crush our donations, perhaps surpass the QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLAR mark, as well finally make our way into the book!

Home Run For Life III, June 30 - July 5, 2009. 40 men played ball for 115 hours and 3 minutes, once again in hopes of making it into the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest softball marathon. Over the 5 days, the players, committee, volunteers, community and surrounding area were able to raise over $110,000 in pledges and donations crushing our goal of reaching the QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLAR mark. Congratulations.
